Eddie Ray Thomas, Jr., age 45, of US 60 East, Morehead, Kentucky, passed Thursday, January 21, 2010, at St. Claire Regional Medical Center in Morehead, Kentucky.Born March 11, 1964, in Rowan County, Kentucky, he is the son of Eddie Ray, Sr., and Patty J. Hall Thomas of Morehead, Kentucky.In addition to his parents, Eddie is survived by his wife of 20 years, Donna Jean Jones Thomas, whom he married April 1, 1989; a daughter, Carly Rae Thomas, at home; and a sister, Jackie Thomas Fields of Lexington, Kentucky.Eddie was manager of Eddie-s Service Center. He was a 1984 graduate of Rowan County High School and member of the Johnson First Church of God.Funeral services will be conducted 3 p.m. Saturday, January 23, 2010, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals Memorial Chapel with the Rev. Ben Furman and Rev. Tim Rhodes officiating. Burial will follow in Brown Cemetery.Pallbearers will be John Northcutt, Ronnie Day, Tom Galbreath, David Zimmerman, Dale Davis, Mike Fields, and Allen Ravenscraft.
