Eddie Ray Easton, age 55, of Bluefield Lane, Morehead, passed away Saturday, June 18, 2016, at his residence. Born January 8, 1961, in Rowan County, he is a son of the late William Eugene Easton and Opal Mae Davis Easton. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one brother, Harlen Davis, and two sisters, Rebecca Ann Easton and Gloria June Easton. He is survived by four brothers, Allen Easton of Kansas City, Missouri, Danny Easton and wife Linda of Morehead, Mike Easton of Olive Hill and Tony Easton of Louisville; four sisters, Eugena Stacy of Morehead, Gloria Easton of Clearfield, Clara Thompson and husband John of Newcomerstown, Ohio, and Crystal Easton of Carlisle; several nieces and nephews; his co-workers; and many friends. Eddie was an employee at the Morehead Wal-Mart for the past 16 years. He enjoyed fishing, camping, gardening, carpentry, and working on lawn mowers. A celebration of life will be conducted 1 p.m. Wednesday, June 22, 2016, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals Memorial Chapel with Scott Napier and family and friends officiating. Burial will follow in the Whisman Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Darrell Thompson, Mike Henderson, Jeff Logan, Kent Logan, Richard Easton, and Danny Tackett Visitation is from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Tuesday, June 21, 2016, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals in Morehead.
