Ed Frazier, age 61, of Ashland, passed away Wednesday, June 29, 2022, at the U.K. Medical Center in Lexington.

Born July 3, 1960, Ed was the son of the late George and Ruby Knipp Frazier.  Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by five brothers and sisters.

Ed is survived by his wife, Cathy Rayburn Frazier; five children, Zachary Frazier (Hannah) of Morehead, Nikki DeHart (Jarrett) of Olive Hill, Josh Glover of Morehead, Scott Middleton (Franci) of Grayson, and Bill Middleton (Christine) of Austinburg, Ohio; 15 grandchildren, Caden, Cody, Brody, Grayson, Braydon, Payton, Colton, Darrus, Dylan, Aleigha, Samantha, Miranda, Scott, Gabe, and Skyler; 7 great grandchildren; one brother, Bill Bowling (Shirley) of Catlettsburg; extended family and friends.

Ed was a former employee of AddCar Systems in Ashland.  He loved to read and was a "music buff," but most of all he was a devoted family man who adored his grandbabies.  Ed was a Christian and attended Princess Chapel Church in Cannonsburg.

At Ed's request, no services will be held.
