Obituary

Earnest Fredrick White, Jr., known as "Freddy," went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, July 26, 2023, at the home of his parents.  He was 55.

Born June 12, 1968, in Morehead, Freddy was the beloved son of Earnest Fredrick White, Sr., and Hannah Baldridge White.  In addition to his parents, he is survived by a host of family and friends, including two special cousins, Vanessa Brown Fannin and Bryan White, whom he considered a brother and sister.

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Clarence and Bethel Staggs Baldridge, and paternal grandparents, Elmo and Betty White.

Freddy graduated from Rowan County High School in 1986 and earned a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Finance from Morehead State University in 1990.  He was property manager and co-owner of the family businesses, White Rentals and White Mobile Homes and RV Parks. He participated in community activities and had an unwavering faith as a Christian.

One of his favorite activities was riding his Harley motorcycle. He logged over 250,000 miles across America.  He and his dad shared many miles and for the past 21 years co-sponsored the "Blessing of the Bikes" at the Owingsville First Church of God. During his travels, alone or with family, he always found a church to attend.

Freddy, Hannah, and Fred created wonderful family memories whether celebrating holidays, driving Fred's '31 Model A Cabriolet in a parade, or visiting Canada, Mexico and every state in their motor home.

Freddy will be greatly missed and remembered with love.

A celebration of life will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, July 30, 2023, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals Memorial Chapel with Pastor Jeff Fugate and Pastor Tim Rhodes officiating.  Burial will follow in Brown Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Taylor White, Greg Alley, Randy Brown, Keith Brown, Danny Mabry and Greg Wells.

Visitation for Freddy White will be from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Saturday, July 29, 2023, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals, 400 Fraley Drive, Morehead, KY 40351
