Duranda Susan (Bishop) Lovins was called home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, October 14, 2026. She will be remembered for her faith, her love for her family, and the special memories she created with those she loved.
Born November 12, 1960, in Cincinnati, Ohio, she was the daughter of the late Cecil and Lida Kestel Bishop.
Duranda was an active member of Clearfield Baptist Church and loved seeing people get saved. She was a former employee of Pathways Medical Transport in Morehead.
She enjoyed crocheting, singing, fishing, and spending precious time with her grandchildren. She also loved playing with her beloved dog, Jake, who brought her happiness and companionship. Her faith in the Lord and the love she shared with her family were important parts of her life.
She leaves behind her loving husband, Anthony Lovins, whom she married January 12, 2020; her sons, Brent (Summer) Noie and Steven (Venus) Rhonumus; her daughters, Regina Conway and Rebecca Daniel; her precious grandchildren, Khalin, Kael, Jaxon, Cecilia, and Elijah; her sister, Dani (Pat) Bishop; and her brother, C. Rick Bishop. She will be deeply missed by her family and all who have had the privilege of knowing and loving her.
Though her earthly journey has ended, Duranda's faith, love, and cherished memories will live on in the hearts of those she leaves behind. Her family takes comfort knowing she has been called home to rest in the loving arms of the Lord.
“Well done, good and faithful servant.” — Matthew 25:23
