Donna Elaine Scarborough Wagoner, age 65, of Highway 504, Olive Hill, passed away Monday, April 11, 2022, at Elliott County Nursing and Rehab Center in Sandy Hook.

Born April 13, 1956, in Xenia, Ohio, Donna was a daughter of the late Rev. Don Paul Scarborough and Eulah Marie "Dollie" Bush Scarborough.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Patricia Ann DeBrosse, and a niece, Michelle Marie DeBrosse.

She is survived by her husband of 50 years, Keith Wagoner, whom she married February 19, 1972; three daughters, April Maurice Pennington (Cliff) of Dayton, Ohio, Jennifer Dawn Douglas (Richie) of Olive Hill, and Emily Beth Kelly (Jason) of Cincinnati, Ohio; 14 grandchildren, Kaleb, Keith, Kelsea, Kammy, Karter, Jessica, Nick, Kyle, Jessica, Rylee, Jason, Johnny, Mira, and Annabeth; six great grandchildren; two expected great grandchildren; and other extended family.

Donna was a homemaker and a former camp director at Buckeye Trails in Dayton, Ohio. She was a member of Northridge Freewill Baptist Church in Dayton, Ohio, and was a past president of Elliottville Ladies Auxiliary. Donna enjoyed cooking, shopping, crocheting, and spending time with family, especially her grandchildren.

Funeral services will be conducted 12 p.m. Friday, April 15, 2022, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals Memorial Chapel with Pastor Stephen Nickels officiating.  The service will be live streamed at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals Facebook page beginning at 12 noon.  Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens.

Her grandchildren will serve as pallbearers.

Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. Friday, April 15, 2022, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals, 400 Fraley Drive, Morehead, KY 40351.
