Donna Lynn Fouch, age 73, of Farley Drive, Indianapolis, Indiana, a native of Morehead, passed away Wednesday, October 13, 2021, at Indiana University Health Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis.

She was born July 13, 1948, in Morehead, and was the daughter of the late Addison Paris Fouch and Juanita Rae Early Fouch.

She is survived by eight cousins, Billy Fouch, Denise Fouch, and Julie Fannin, all of Morehead, Bryan Fouch of Lexington, and Sharon Plummer, Paula Lykins, Beth Stone, and Suzanne Pick, all of Vanceburg.

Donna retired after 25 years as an administrative secretary with the Indianapolis City Police Department.  She was an avid reader and enjoyed playing golf. Most of all, Donna loved collecting Elvis Presley items and listening to his music.

At her request, services will be private.  Entombment will take place at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens Mausoleum.
