Donald R. "Raymond" Wagoner, age 65, of Morehead, Kentucky, passed away Tuesday, May 9, 2023, at the University of Chicago hospital.

Born June 8, 1957, in Elliott County, he was a son of the late George T. Wagoner and Beulah Joy Matthews Wagoner.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Robert D. "Bob" Wagoner, Stanley Wagoner, and brother-in-law, Roger Plank.

Raymond is survived by his three children, Joe Ray (Brandy) Wagoner, Susan Ashlee Wagoner and Jennifer Jones, and nine grandchildren, Elliott, Josie, Madison, Abby, Joshua, Kelcie, Kaylin, Brydon and Benjamin.

Other survivors include two brothers, Ronnie (Bonnie) Wagoner, Curt (Judy) Wagoner and one sister, Sylvia Plank.

Raymond worked as a brick mason most of his life but would also do many other types of construction.  He loved spending time with family and friends, fishing (especially with his brother Bob), hunting, woodworking, golfing, growing flowers and gardening.

Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday, May 20, 2023, at Northcutt and Son Home for Funerals Memorial Chapel with Pastor Dale Collinsworth officiating.  Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens.

Visitation will be from 12 p.m. until 2 p.m. Saturday May 20, 2023, at Northcutt and Son Home for Funerals, 400 Fraley Drive, Morehead, KY 40351
