Donald Jack Evans, age 78, of Rush, Kentucky, passed away Sunday, April 22, 2012, at Carter County Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Grayson, Kentucky. He was born January 19, 1934, in Carter County, Kentucky, a son of the late Enoch and Grace Coleman Evans. He was also preceded in death by a son, Charles Enoch -Charlie- Evans. Jack is survived by his wife, Ida Henrietta Warman Evans; one son, William Logan -Bill- Evans of Rush Kentucky; three daughters, Jackie Gilliam of Morehead, Kentucky, Claudette Manning of Olive Hill, Kentucky, and Tammy Dehart of Ashland, Kentucky; two brothers, Gene Evans of Illinois and Dave Evans of Ashland, Kentucky; two sisters, Doris Enyart of Ashland, Kentucky, and Linda Bragg of Grayson, Kentucky; and many grandchildren. Following Jack-s request, there will be no visitation or service. Arrangements are under the direction of Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals in Morehead.
