Dixie Cline Wilson, age 65, of Mushroom Road, Olive Hill, passed away Saturday, August 29, 2015, at St. Claire Regional Medical Center in Morehead. Born January 4, 1950, in Carter County, she was a daughter of the late Haskell Cline and Dorothy Johnson Cline Mauk. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Roger Cline and William 'Pete' Cline and two sisters, Linda Boggs and Marcella 'Penny' Boggs. Dixie's husband of 43 years, Donald Wilson, passed away on October 16, 2011, and a daughter, Madeline Wilson Easton, on May 25, 2007. Dixie is survived by one son, Troy Wilson and his wife Julie of Olive Hill; four grandchildren, Alicia Wilson, Jody Easton, Mica Easton and Matthew Wilson; one great grandson, Brantley Oliver; one brother, Haskell Cline, Jr., of Olive Hill; one sister, Marlene Cline of Independence; and other family members and friends. Dixie was a homemaker and of the Pentecostal faith. She enjoyed working in her flowers, cooking, watching football and basketball games, fishing, and talking on the CB using her handle, Ma Kettle. She will be greatly missed by family and friends. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, September 1, 2015, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals Memorial Chapel with Brother Joe Ruley officiating. Burial will follow in the Wilson Family Cemetery on Mushroom Road in Carter County, Pallbearers: Teddy Wilson, Jeremiah Jordan, Shawn Underwood, Shawie Boggs.
