Dianna Louise Bennett Carroll, age 71, of Plainview Road, Morehead, passed away Wednesday, May 22, 2024, at her residence after an extended illness.

Born June 16, 1952, in Paulding, Ohio, she was a daughter of the late Loretta June Bennett and Thomas Miner. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by three brothers, Ronnie Bennett, Sr., Robert Dix, and Leroy Dix.

She is survived by one son, James Ray "Jimmy" Carroll and wife Star; one daughter, Elizabeth Fay Cole and husband Lonnie, all of Morehead; nine grandchildren, Star Caudill (Eddie) of Hopkinsville, Stephanie Cook (James Allen), Kelly Rowe (Brandon), all of Grayson, Sierra Cook, Alisha Carroll, Hayley Carroll, Dallas Carroll, Lonnie Cole, Jr., and Eric Cole, all of Morehead; and 12 great grandchildren, Kirsten, Kaylee, Kayden, Wrenna, Brynlee, Eleanor, Baylor, Lucas, Dolton, Chanceton, Aubrey, and Sawyer.

Other survivors include one brother, Garrett "Gary" Bennett of Paulding, Ohio; two sisters, Eileen Miner of Continental, Ohio, and Sheila Dix of Wickliffe, Ohio; several nieces and nephews, as well as other extended family and friends.

Dianna was a former nurse's aide and enjoyed crocheting, quilting, and traveling. She was loved by many and will always be remembered with love.
