Obituary

Devin Tavis Estep, age 43, of Cranston Road, Morehead, passed away Thursday, May 21, 2015, at his residence.Born April 23, 1972, in Morehead, Devin is survived by his mother, Lois Estep Maher and husband Don of Morehead, and the late Gary Estep. Besides his father, he was preceded in death by maternal grandfather, Burnest Estep, and paternal grandparents, Mitchell and Maude Evans Estep.In addition to his mother, other survivors include three brothers, Kevin Estep, Eric Maher, and Justin Maher, all of Morehead; one sister, Christa Estep Wilder of Morehead; maternal grandmother, Vada Plank Estep of Morehead; two nieces, Larra Estep and Peyton Wilder; one nephew, Brogan Whisman; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.Devin enjoyed his career as a heavy equipment operator for Greer Construction and also enjoyed grilling out, listening to music, and watching U.K. basketball and NASCAR. He loved spending time with his family, especially his 3 year old nephew Brogan, and nieces 11 month old Peyton and 17 year old Larra.Funeral services will be conducted 2 p.m. Sunday, May 24, 2015, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals Memorial Chapel with the Rev. Lloyd Dean officiating. Burial will follow in Estep Cemetery.Pallbearers will be family and friends.Visitation is from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Saturday, May 23, 2015, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals in Morehead. Visitation: Saturday, May 23, 2015, 6 p.m to p.m., Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals Funeral: Sunday, May 24, 2015, at 2 p.m., Northcutt & Son Memorial Chapel Interment: Estep Cemetery, Morehead, Kentucky
