Dennis L. Treadway, age 77, passed away to his heavenly home on Sunday, August 28, 2022.

He was born in Dayton, Ohio, on October 2, 1944, to the late Eva and Damon Treadway.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one brother, Glenn Treadway.

He graduated from Barbourville High School and received a B. S. Degree from Eastern Kentucky University.  Dennis was also commissioned as a Lieutenant in the U. S. Army through the Eastern Kentucky University ROTC program.  He entered the service in January of 1968 and was discharged as 1st Lieutenant in January of 1970.

Dennis was part owner and construction supervisor for 3D Enterprises, a commercial and heavy construction company. He enjoyed camping and traveling in his RV, watching U.K. basketball games, and loved going on cruises.

Dennis is survived by his best friend and travel companion, Ressie Stacy; two daughters, Susan Treadway Conner (Steven) and Tonya Treadway Boyd (Phillip); one grandson, Jared Thomas Baker; two granddaughters, Elisha Boyd and Lucy Conner; and a host of loving family and friends.

Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, September 3, 2022, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals, 400 Fraley Drive, Morehead, KY 40351.

Burial will follow in McClain Cemetery on Route 172 in Morgan County with full military honors by Morehead American Legion Post No. 126.
