Delores Ann Perry Kindinger, age 80, of Morehead, Kentucky, passed away Thursday, November 30, 2023.

Delores was a loving mother and grandmother. She was a kind woman who only wanted the best for her family. A very hard worker, she worked many years at Life Care Center and Food Lion in Morehead, Kentucky, to provide for her family.

In her younger years she enjoyed traveling and had a short career as singer/songwriter. Later in life she became an avid cook. She passed these loves to her family. One daughter enjoyed her teachings so much she started a career in cooking and her grandson and daughter enjoyed singing at many events. She loved to hear them and was very proud of them.

She was born July 12, 1943, to the late Ralph and Evie Gee Perry. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by one sister, Nora Jarboe; one brother, Hustion Perry; and devoted former husband, Roger Kindinger.

Delores is survived by two daughters, Dawn Cargile and husband Daniel of Morehead, Kentucky, and Crystal Kindinger of Greenfield, Indiana; one grandson, Logan Clark of Greenfield, Indiana; and one sister, Doris Netherly of South Shore, Kentucky.

Delores kept to herself in her final years. Her wishes were for no services to be held.
