Delbert Roscoe Riley, age 64, of Pine Ridge Drive, Morehead, passed away Tuesday, November 28, 2023, at St. Claire HealthCare in Morehead.

He was born May 21, 1959, in St. Mary's, Ohio, and was the son of the late Roscoe Richard Riley and Grace Beatrice Storer. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one brother, Ivan Lewis Riley, and two half-brothers, Roger Bleu and Harold Riley.

Delbert is survived by one sister, Beatrice B. Riley of West Liberty; six half-sisters, Annette Davis and Arlene Cyca, both of Morehead, Teresa Riley of Louisville, Helen Van Pelt of Nicholasville, Julie Willoughby and Margaret Riley, both of Dunkirk, Indiana; several nieces and nephews including Crystal and Catrina Craig, Billy and Adam Crace, Chris Jarrell, and Alex and Christina Riley.

He was a retired carpenter and enjoyed watching Westerns and documentaries and playing Canasta. Delbert will be greatly missed and remembered with love.

Visitation will be from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. Friday, December 1, 2023, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals, 400 Fraley Drive, Morehead, KY 40351.
