Delbert Lemaster, age 73, of Soldier, Kentucky, passed away Wednesday, March 18, 2009, at King-s Daughters Medical Center in Ashland, Kentucky. He was born January 26, 1936, in Elliott County, Kentucky, and was the son of the late Henry and Della Crisp Lemaster. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by one stepson, Scotty Keith Haines; two brothers, Coy Lemaster and Earl Lemaster; and three sisters, Ethel Eden, Nellie Burton, and Naomi Stinson. Delbert is survived by two sisters, Dotsie Manda Goodan and Linda Jane Lemaster, both of Olive Hill, Kentucky; one brother, Raymond Lemaster of Soldier, Kentucky; one stepson, Danny Haines of Bradenton, Florida; three stepdaughters, Mary Evelyn Poor of Bradenton, Florida, Angela Dawn Eldridge of Goddard, Kentucky, and Amanda Diane Atkins of Farmers, Kentucky; and several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Mr. Lemaster retired from Detroit Steel in Mansfield, Ohio. He was a Christian of the Baptist Faith. Funeral services will be conducted 1 p.m. Saturday, March 21, 2009, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals Memorial Chapel with Brother Austin Carter, Brother Robert Buckler, and Brother Ronnie Royse officiating. Burial will follow in the Lemaster Cemetery, Goodan Cemetery Road, Soldier, Kentucky. Visitation is after 5 p.m. Friday, March 20, 2009, and anytime Saturday at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals. Visitation: Friday, March 20, 2009, after 5 p.m. Funeral: Saturday, March 21, 2009, at 1 p.m. Interment: Lemaster Cemetery, Goodan Cemetery Rd., Soldier, KY
