Obituary

David Eden, age 59, of Hungry Hollow, Morehead, passed away Tuesday, October 1, 2013, at University Hospital in Louisville, Kentucky. He was born March 12, 1954, in Elliott County, a son of the late Elmer and Ethel Lemaster Eden. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by one brother, William Eden. David is survived by two brothers, Daniel Eden and wife Dorothy of Rowan County, and Lonnie Eden and wife Jo of Wallingford; four sisters, Louise Eden of Olive Hill, Lorine Johnson of Morehead, Victoria Henderson and husband Tracy of Olive Hill, and Mary Cox and husband Arvil of Wallingford; his former wife, Oma Eden of Morehead; several nieces and nephews; and special friends, Shirley, Angie, Kimmie, Howard, Butch, and Clifford. David was a sawmill worker and logger. Funeral services will be conducted 3 p.m. Saturday, October 5, 2013, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals Memorial Chapel with Brother Austin Carter officiating. Burial will follow in the Lemaster Family Cemetery in Carter County. Pallbearers will be Ronnie Johnson, William Ray Eden, Billy Wayne Henderson, Charlie Foster, Allen Cox, Steve Johnson, Mike Johnson, Zack Johnson, and Anthony Henderson. Visitation is after 5 p.m. Friday, October 4, 2013, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals in Morehead. Visitation: Friday, October 4, 2013, after 5 p.m. Funeral: Saturday, October 5, 2013, at 3 p.m. Interment: Lemaster Family Cemetery, Carter County
