David (Dave) Anthony Woessner, age 47, of James Way, Mt. Sterling, passed away Sunday, April 30, 2023, at his residence.

Born July 25, 1975, in Fremont, Ohio, he is the son of Catherine Ross Johnson and the late David Paul Woessner.

In addition to his mother, he is survived by one brother, James (April) Woessner of Mt. Sterling; two sisters, Yvonne (Jeff) Abbott of McComb, Ohio, and Nannette (Tom) Abner of Texas City, Texas; three nephews, Andrew, Brandon (Bubba), and Cooper; and one niece, Bridgette.

Dave was a supervisor for Danimer Scientific in Winchester. He enjoyed riding his Harley Davidson with his nephew and spending time with family.

Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday, May 4, 2023, at Christian Assembly of God, 1834 Owingsville Road, Mt. Sterling, KY 40343 with Pastor Scott Barnes officiating.  Burial will follow in Machpelah Cemetery.

Pallbearers: Andrew Seibert, Brandon Seibert, Jeff Abbott, James Woessner, Tom Abner, and Aaron Marcum.  Honorary pallbearer:  Cooper Woessner

Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Thursday, May 4, 2023, at Christian Assembly of God, 1834 Owingsville Road, Mt. Sterling, KY  40353.
