Etta Darlene Warren Wooten, age 80, of Warren Lane, Morehead, passed away Friday, May 18, 2018, at St. Claire Regional Medical Center in Morehead. Darlene was born August 17, 1937, at Bluestone, the only daughter of the late Willard Lee and Ethel Little Warren. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Richard Warren, and infant Allen Warren. Her husband of 61 years, Clifford Denver Wooten, passed away on January 11, 2015. Darlene is survived by four brothers, Willard Jr. and Wanda Warren, Murvil "Red" Warren, Claude "Diddy Bo" and Lorna Warren, and Jeff and Dawn Warren; sister-in-law, Sharon Blevins; special friend, Tiffany Little, whom she loved dearly, all of Morehead; and numerous loving nieces and nephews. Darlene was a loving wife, sister, and aunt who treasured her family. In addition to being a devoted homemaker, she enjoyed all kinds of crafts, crocheting, and painting. She was a longtime member of Siloam Church of God, where she loved teaching Sunday School and Bible School. Darlene's loving family and many friends will miss her greatly. Funeral services will be held 1 p.m. Tuesday, May 22, 2018, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals Memorial Chapel with Brother Ronnie Gibson officiating. Burial will follow in Siloam Cemetery.
