Curt Earl Caudill, age 65, of Big Woods Road, Morehead, Kentucky, passed away Sunday, November 15, 2009, after complications with pancreatic cancer at the St. Claire Regional Medical Center in Morehead, Kentucky. He was born April 11, 1944, in Rowan County, Kentucky, to the late Davis Franklin and Leota Thornbury Caudill. Curt is survived by his wife of 45 years, Lillian Simms Caudill; one son, Wesley Caudill of Morehead, Kentucky; one daughter, Jennifer Jourdan and husband Jesse of Southgate, Michigan; and two granddaughters, Stephanie and Danielle Jourdan. He is also survived by three sisters, Ada Cooper of Hillsboro, Kentucky, Ruby Johnson of Wellston, Ohio, and Regina Stevens of Morehead, Kentucky. He was preceded in death by two brothers, Sherman and William Caudill, and one sister, Frances Summers. Mr. Caudill was retired from the Ford Motor Company in Dearborn, Michigan, after 31 years of service, and was a member of the Bluebank Church of God. Funeral services will be conducted 11 a.m. Saturday, November 21, 2009, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals Memorial Chapel with the Rev. Jeff Fannin and Rev. Butch Kelsey officiating. Burial will follow in the Cranston Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Steve Caudill, Jeff Caudill, Doc Caudill, Nick Caudill, Mark Caudill, and June Caudill.
