Corbett Lee Dillon

Corbett Lee Dillon, 82, passed away Sunday, September 20, 2026, surrounded by loved ones at his home in Olive Hill.

Born October 10, 1943, in Rowan County, he was a son of the late Charles Edward Dillon and Ada Mae Moore Dillon. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his first wife, Coney Kay Mabry Dillon; four brothers, Cletis Elmer Dillon, Charles Junior Dillon, Lonnie Jay Dillon and Ivan Dillon; and one sister, Nina Faye Templeman.

Corbett is survived by his wife of 46 years, Donna King Dillon; four sons, Versel Dillon (Amanda Logan) of Morehead, Brian Dillon (Amanda) of Elliott County, Paul Dillon (Raydonna) of St. Augustine, Florida, and Stephen Dillon (Morgan) of Olive Hill; four daughters, Melissa Wells and Donetta Dillon, both of Olive Hill, Robin Webb (Josh) of Paris, and Stephanie Snedegar (Kevin) of Owingsville; 17 grandchildren; and five great grandchildren.

Other survivors include two sisters, Mildred Irene Crisp of Valparaiso, Indiana, and Monnie Kay “Sue” Hamilton of Morehead; several nieces and nephews, as well as other extended family and many friends.

Corbett was a retired truck driver for Teamsters Union Local #89. He was a master of all trades from construction work to engineering. He was a member of the U.S. Army National Guard.

He was a member of Little Mary Church and enjoyed restoring old cars and collecting coins. Most of all, he loved his family. He will forever be remembered by those who knew and loved him.

Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Friday, September 25, 2026, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals Memorial Chapel with Elder Junior Ruggles officiating. Burial will follow in Crix Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Versel Dillon, Brian Dillon, Paul Dillon, Josh Webb, Mason Garris, Travis Wells, and Wendall Scott.

Visitation will be from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday, September 24, 2026, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals, 400 Fraley Drive, Morehead, KY 40351.
