Clifton R. Stegall, age 90, of Morehead, husband of Dewell Stegall, passed away Monday at Elliott Nursing & Rehab Center in Sandy Hook. Other survivors include four children, Roger Stegall of Los Angeles, California, John Stegall of Columbus, Ohio, Richard Stegall of Lexington, Kentucky, and Rebecca Kimmons of San Antonio, Texas; one sister, Christine Burgoin of Springfield, Ohio; and several grandchildren.
