Clifford Earl Caudill, age 52, of Wilson Avenue, Morehead, Kentucky, passed away Monday, January 9, 2012, at the Markey Cancer Center in Lexington, Kentucky, after a long illness. Born May 17, 1959, in Morehead, Kentucky, he is the son of Cora Oneida Cornett Caudill of Morehead, Kentucky, and the late Tommy Caudill. In addition to his mother, Clifford is survived by one son, C. J. Caudill of Nicholasville, Kentucky; one brother, J. T. Caudill and wife Melissa; one niece, Montana Marie Caudill; and one great nephew, Cameron Thomas Caudill, all of Morehead, Kentucky. Clifford graduated from Rowan County High School. He served in the U. S. Army and was stationed in Germany. He was an electrician with Nuti Builders in Lexington and a member of the Sharkey Freewill Baptist Church. Funeral services will be conducted 1 p.m. Wednesday, January 11, 2012, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals Memorial Chapel with the Rev. Harley Sexton, Jr. officiating. Burial will follow in Caudill Cemetery Pallbearers: Robbie Criswell, David Johnson, Jay Roberts, Virgil Cornett, Lloyd Cornett, Danny Cornett, Logan Lovely, and David Walker. Honorary pallbearers: Doug Haney, Bill Walker, Joe Reynolds, Phillip Razor, Carl Cornett, and Phillip Reynolds. Visitation will be after 5 p.m. Tuesday, January 10, 2012, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals in Morehead.
