Clayton Matthew Sexton

Clayton Matthew Sexton, age 44, of West Second Street, Morehead, passed away Thursday, September 3, 2026, at his residence.

Born February 7, 1982, in Letcher County, Kentucky, Clayton was the son of the late Alvin Sexton and Wanda Belcher Hudson.

He is survived by his wife of thirteen years, Kristy Osborne Sexton and his sister, Elizabeth Blecher of Letcher County.

Clayton was presently a Certified Medical Assistant for UK-St. Claire HealthCare in Morehead. He previously was a diesel mechanic and had a passion for forging knives.

A visitation of remembrance for Clayton will be held from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. Wednesday, September 9, 2026, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals, 400 Fraley Drive, Morehead, KY.
