Clayton Crisp, age 62, of Swim Road, Clearfield, passed away Sunday, November 12, 2017, at his residence. Born May 12, 1955, in Rowan County, he was a son of the late Kenneth and Ella Thornsberry Crisp. He is survived by his wife of 43 years, Janet Dillon Crisp, whom he married February 22, 1974; one son, Jason Kenneth Crisp and wife Amanda of Morehead; two brothers, Estill Crisp and wife Sandra of Morehead, and Roger Crisp and wife Rhonda of Mt. Sterling; one sister, Wilma Jean Brewer and husband Clinton of Morehead; and one grandson, Tyler Crisp. Clayton was a car detailer and enjoyed fishing, hunting, U.K. basketball, and Bengals football. Funeral services will be conducted 11 a.m. Thursday, November 16, 2017, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals Memorial Chapel with the Rev. Carolos Bowman officiating. Burial will follow in Crisp Cemetery on Lower Oak Grove Road. Pallbearers will be Bryce Kidd, Mark Kidd, Brian Crisp, Estill Crisp, Roger Crisp, and Clinton Brewer. Visitation will be from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Wednesday, November 15, 2017, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals in Morehead.
