Clara Barton Potter/Keyes, 55, of Morehead, KY is with Jesus now. She passed Friday, February 18, 2011, at home. Originally from Manchester in Clay County, KY, she was the daughter of Leslie and Rena Potter. Clara is survived by her husband John R. and son John Barton Keyes, sisters Linda Potter and Leslie Reynolds of Lexington, and four brilliant nephews also share in our loss. Additionally, Clara leaves many friends and family in Clay County, KY. A UK graduate, Clara received her 2nd Masters Degree at Morehead State University where she worked until retiring from her position as Assistant Dean for Technical Services in 2009. Her many awards and achievements are well documented and will be utilized for generations every time you use your Library. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 26, at 1 p.m. at Faith Presbyterian Church, 430 Fraley Drive, Morehead, KY 40351 (606) 784-5838.
