Christopher M. Martin, 42, of Morehead, passed away on Tuesday, May 19, 2015. Born October 2, 1972, in Pikeville, Chris was the son of Wayne M. Martin of Lexington and Pam (Phillip) Hardin of Clearfield. He is also survived by two sons, Will and Lane Martin of Lexington, and two brothers, Matthew Martin of Mt. Sterling and Michael Martin of Lexington. He was preceded in death by maternal grandparents, Murvel Crosley and Betty Jo Collins Caudill, and paternal grandparents, Willard and Louise Dean Martin. Chris graduated from Rowan County High School in 1991 and Transylvania University in Lexington in 1995. After graduation, Chris began working at WKYT-TV in Lexington. A private graveside service will be held at New Alfrey Cemetery in Morehead. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to Bath County Memorial Gardens, c/o Jeff Cogswell, CPA, and P.O.
