Chester T. Kelley, age 90, of West Sun Street, Morehead, Kentucky, passed away Tuesday, November 29, 2011, at St. Claire Regional Medical Center in Morehead. Born October 3, 1921, in Rowan County, Kentucky, he was the son of the late John S. and Nora Mabel Reeves Kelley. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one brother, Jack A. Kelley. Chester is survived by his wife, Coleen Cartee Kelley. Chester was a retired U.S. Naval Commander, having served in the U.S. Navy from 1942-63. He was also retired from Westinghouse after 39 years of service in Kansas City, Missouri, and Baltimore, Maryland.
