Cheryl Lou Robinson Donohue, age 61, of Watson Road, Hillsboro, passed away Sunday, December 9, 2018, at her residence. Born July 15, 1957, in Wabash, Indiana, she was the daughter of the late Eddie Nelson Robinson and Peggy Jane Hurst Robinson. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Mitchell Scott Robinson. Cheryl is survived by her husband, James Ray Donohue, whom she married October 23, 1976; two sons, Travis Ray Donohue and wife Sherry Marie of Hillsboro and Tracy Wayne Donohue and companion Amanda Lynn McClanahan of Hillsboro; two grandchildren, Micheal Ray Donohue and Katlyn Marie Caudill and husband William Charles; and one great grandchild, Peanut. Other survivors include two brothers, Glen Nelson Robinson and wife Rhonda and Douglas Ray Robinson, all of Hillsboro; two sisters, Beverly Ann Sanders and husband Steven of Morehead and Malinda Jane Andrews and husband David of Hillsboro; Aunt Dottie and husband Lonnie, and several nieces and nephews. Cheryl graduated from Fleming County High School and completed a nursing program at Maysville Community and Technical College. She was an L.P.N. at St. Joseph Mt. Sterling Hospital and enjoyed cooking and spending time with her family. She was a longtime member of the House of Prayer in Morehead. Funeral services will be held 7 p.m. Monday at the Hutton Funeral Home with Pastor Joe Cline officiating. Private burial will be in the Hillsboro Cemetery.
