Cheryl Hamm, age 58, of Buffalo, Indiana, wife of Woodrow (-Junior- -Woody-) Hamm, passed away Wednesday, November 5, 2008, at the Howard Regional Health Systems Hospital in Kokomo, Indiana. Born September 3, 1950, in Oberlin, Ohio, she was the daughter of the late Phillip and Virginia Kneckt Rath. Survivors include her husband Woodrow Hamm, whom she married in 1969; one daughter, SunShine Hamm of Buffalo, Indiana; one son, Jon Hamm of Logansport, Indiana; a granddaughter, Sheyanne -Mouse- Wharton of Buffalo, Indiana; and other family members in Ohio. Cheryl had worked at the former A. O. Smith Factory in Monticello, Indiana, for 15 years. She had been a resident of Buffalo, Indiana, for the last 22 years and had also lived in Hammond, Highland, and Gary, Indiana communities. Cheryl had also resided in Mansfield, Ohio. Visitation is from 4 p.m. until the time of the funeral at 7 p.m. Friday, November 7, 2008, at Miller - Roscka Funeral Home in Monticello, Indiana. Graveside services and interment will be conducted at 4 p.m. Saturday, November 8, 2008, at Masters Cemetery in Morehead, Kentucky, with Elder Cephas Littleton and Zach Littleton officiating. Local arrangements are under the direction of Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals. Visitation: 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. Friday, November 7, 2008 at Miller - Roscka Funeral Home in Monticello, Indiana Funeral: Graveside services and interment 4 p.m. Saturday, November 8, 2008 Interment: Masters Cemetery, Morehead, Kentucky
