Charles Raymond Younger, age 85, of Big Brushy Road, Morehead, Kentucky, passed away Monday, March 12, 2007, at his residence. Born February 16, 1922, in Baltimore, Maryland, he was the son of the late Howard Younger. He is survived by his wife, Rella Rowe Younger, and two brothers, Vincent Younger and Howard Younger of Baltimore, Maryland. A U.S. Army veteran of World War II, Charles was a former steel mill employee in Maryland and a farmer. Funeral services will be conducted 1 p.m. Thursday, March 15, 2007, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals Memorial Chapel with Bill Buelterman officiating. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens. Pallbearers will be Nick Pecco, Tom Pecco, Nathan Pecco, Nicholas Pecco, Bill Buelterman, and John Northcutt.
