Charlene Catron, age 81, of Huntsville, Tennessee, passed away Wednesday, February 15, 2017, at the Huntsville Manor Nursing Home. She was born August 30, 1935, in Scott County, Tennessee, to the late Oscar Silcox and Janie Newport Silcox. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Franklin 'Jack' D. Catron; brothers, Odis Silcox and M. B. Silcox; and sisters, Glennis Brock and Lodena Silcox. She is survived by her brothers, Arvil Silcox and Floyd Silcox; sister, Helen Webb; and many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Visitation will be 11 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. Saturday, February 18, 2017, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals in Morehead. A graveside service will be held 1 p.m. Saturday at the Catron Cemetery with Pastor Harley Sexton, Jr. officiating. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
