Cathy Ann Manley Lambert, age 55, of Cynthiana, Kentucky, passed away Tuesday, January 25, 2011, at her residence. Born July 24, 1955, in Mt. Sterling, Kentucky, she is the daughter of David Manley of Mt. Sterling and the late Faye Otis Manley. One son, Ben Willoughby, also preceded her in death. Cathy is also survived by one granddaughter, Haleigh Willoughby of Mt. Sterling, and several aunts, uncles and other family. Private memorial services will be conducted. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals in Morehead, KY.
