Carolyn Marie Hyatt, age 67, of Meadowlands Drive, Morehead, passed away Monday, February 5, 2024, at Maysville Nursing and Rehab Center in Maysville.

Born February 15, 1956, in Dearborn, Michigan, Carolyn is the daughter of Lila Marie Shaw Hyatt of Morehead and the late Zora Lee Hyatt.

In addition to her mother, she is survived by one sister, Joanna Hunt and husband Tim; one niece, Jenna Hunt, all of Boiling Springs, South Carolina; and other extended family and friends.

Carolyn retired after 35 years as a legal secretary for A.A.A. in Detroit, Michigan. She loved horses and cats and enjoyed crafting and collecting Elvis and Princess Diana memorabilia. Carolyn will be remembered with love and greatly missed.

At Carolyn's request, a private memorial service will be held at a later date.
