Carolyn Ann Richey Erwin, age 57, of Glenway Avenue, Cincinnati, OH, passed away Monday, December 15, 2008, at the Jewish Hospital in Cincinnati, Ohio. Born February 18, 1951, in Cincinnati, OH, Carolyn was the daughter of the late Fred Richey, Jr. and Prince C. Morrison Richey. She was the wife of the late Edwin L. Erwin, who passed away March 28, 1995. Surviving children are Barbara L. Erwin, Angela P. Erwin and Edwin L. Erwin II, all of Cincinnati, OH, and grandchildren Breanna, Madelyn, and Ethan. She also leaves her sister, Barbara S. Richey Cronin of Bethel, Ohio, her late brother, Fred K. Richey of Cincinnati, Ohio, and her brother, David Lee Richey of Middletown, Ohio. Funeral services will be conducted 1 p.m. Friday, December 19, 2008, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals Memorial Chapel with the Rev. Stanley Hutchinson officiating. Burial will follow in the Purvis Cemetery in Owingsville, Kentucky. Visitation will be at noon Friday, December 19, 2008, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals.
