Carole Ann Collins Caudill, age 66, of Boodry Place, Morehead, Kentucky, passed away Saturday, April 18, 2009, at St. Claire Regional Medical Center in Morehead. She was born August 29, 1942, in Rowan County, Kentucky, and was the daughter of the late Fred Samuel and Clara B. Caudill Collins. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Fred Samuel Collins, Jr., and Gary Leon Collins. Her husband, Jackie Denver Caudill, passed away September 27, 2005. Carole is survived by her daughter, Marsha McKinney Davis of Morehead, Kentucky; her two sons and their wives, Tony and Tammy McKinney of Morehead, Kentucky, and Terry and Amy McKinney of Jupiter Farms, Florida; and her brother, Danny Collins of Clearfield, Kentucky. Also surviving are seven grandchildren, Blair, Krista, Brett, Bryce, Kyle and Cody McKinney and Derek Davis, and several nieces and nephews. Carole was a homemaker and former clerk at Day-s Resale and Kwik Stop and enjoyed gardening, fishing, and flowers. She attended Clearfield First Church of God Tabernacle. Funeral services will be conducted 11 a.m. Wednesday, April 22, 2009, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals Memorial Chapel with the Rev. Mike Clark officiating. Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens. Grandchildren will serve as pallbearers. Visitation is after 4 p.m. Tuesday, April 21, 2009, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals.
