Carl Litton

Carl Wayne Litton, age 72, of Bratton Branch Road, Morehead, Kentucky, passed away Sunday, August 16, 2026, at his residence surrounded by his loving family.

He was born September 23, 1953, in West Liberty, Kentucky, and was a son of the late Chalmer “Jack” Litton and Thelma Mae Howard Litton.

Carl is survived by one daughter, Allison Rae of Waxahatchee, Texas; one brother, Gill Litton and wife Jean of Morehead, Kentucky; three sisters, Ruth Ann Stevens and husband Leroy of Sandy Hook and Jackie Howard and husband Mark, all of Sandy Hook, Kentucky, and Evelyn Kay Blevins and husband Morehead, Kentucky.

He is also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, and friends that will deeply mourn his passing.

A private burial will be held at 12 noon Tuesday, August 25, 2026, at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery Northeast, 125 Veterans Memorial Drive, Grayson, Kentucky 41143.
