Buddy Eugene Middleton, age 54, of Bramblewood Lane, Morehead, passed away Saturday, January 11, 2025, at U.K. Medical Center in Lexington.

Born August 5, 1970, in Ashland, Kentucky, he was a son of the late Harvey Middleton and Joann Butler Middleton. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one brother, Michael Middleton and one sister, Rosemary Cole.

Buddy is survived by one son, Travis K. Gilliam of Richmond; one grandson, Braxton Gilliam; his fiancée, Kathy Wolfenbarger of Morehead; three brothers, Stephen Middleton, Harvey Middlton, and Chris Middleton; and one sister, Delenia Mayle, all of Olive Hill.

Other survivors include his ex-wife, Tammy Brown of Clearfield; four stepchildren, Ashlee Henderson, Keesha Henderson, Jennifer Kiser, and Paul Kiser; six step grandchildren, Brison Stamper, Kiara Kiser, Miley Curtis, Ashden Starostka, Hayden Ratliff, and Greyson Henderson; several nieces and nephews; and other extended family and friends.

Buddy was a construction worker and enjoyed playing poker, pitching horseshoes and cornhole, camping, and spending time with his grandchildren. He will be missed by all who knew and loved him.

At Buddy's request, there will be no visitation or services held.
