Brent Michael Knipp, age 50, of US Highway 60 East, Morehead, KY, passed away Saturday, January 24, 2026, at U.K. St. Claire HealthCare in Morehead.

Born Febuary 12, 1975, in Ashland, KY, he is the son of Danny Knipp of Morehead and the late Marti Osborne Knipp.

In addition to his father, Brent is survived by his loving wife, Kristina Spivey Knipp, whom he married July 24, 2005; one son, Logan Michael Knipp, and one daughter, Katie Leigh Knipp, both of  of Morehead; two brothers, Jo Knipp of Lexington, KY and Dave Knipp of Cattlesburg, KY, as well as aunts and uncles, extended family, and friends.

Brent was the former General Manager of Pizza Hut in Morehead and was currently a manager at Domino's Pizza. He enjoyed playing video games, collecting model cars, listening to heavy metal music, watching drag racing, and attending races whenever he could. Brent also loved college football and took great pleasure in cooking for family and friends. He had a special passion for old cars and especially treasured his beloved Subaru WRX. Above all, Brent dearly loved his family and will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

A memorial service for Brent will be held at a later date.
