Brantly Gene Adams, beloved son of Robert Gene Adams and Cara B. Crum, of Morehead, joined the heavenly angels at birth on September 24, 2013, at the St. Claire Regional Medical Center in Morehead. In addition to his parents, Brantly is survived by three brothers, Robert Wayne Adams of Morehead, Terry Scott Adams of Dunkirk, Indiana, and Cameron Lee Martt of Morehead; paternal grandmother, Katie McClain May and husband Gardner of Morehead; maternal grandparents, Michael and Misty Black Crum of Morehead; maternal great grandmother, Esther Nolte and husband Jerry of Ashland; maternal great grandfathers, Gene Black of Bath County and Galen Crum of Elliott County; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Terry Adams, and maternal great grandmother, Wilma Crum. Funeral services will be conducted 1 p.m. Saturday, September 28, 2013, at Northcutt & Son Memorial Chapel with Pastor Larry Robinson officiating. Burial will follow in Trent Cemetery on Rainbow Road, Morehead. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. Saturday, September 28, 2013, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals.
