Bobby Herbert 'Castro' Willoughby, age 68, of Highway 599, Jeffersonville, passed away Tuesday, October 11, 2016, at his home. Born June 5, 1948, in Mt. Sterling, he is the son of Ella Miles Willoughby of Mt. Sterling and the late Willis Clay Willoughby. Besides his father, he was preceded in death by one sister, Mary 'Sissy' Bramel. In addition to his mother, he is survived by his wife, Robin Powell Willoughby; one son, Robert (Brooke) Willoughby of Mt. Sterling; two daughters, Jennifer (Raymond) Lawill of Mt. Sterling and Stacey (Justin) Wafford of Camargo; four grandchildren, Leslie (Josh) Ferguson of Mt. Sterling, Todd (Jacqueline) Lawill of Jeffersonville, Austin Willoughby of Mt. Sterling, and Logan Wafford of Camargo; and two great grandsons, Tyson and Noah Ferguson. Also surviving are two brothers, Tony Willoughby and Mike Willoughby; two sisters, Delina Saylor and Darlene (David) Donathan, all of Mt. Sterling; several nieces and nephews, and many friends. Bobby 'Castro' was an employee of Barnes Blacktop Sealing in Mt. Sterling. He was a Christian and enjoyed hunting, fishing, wood working, and cooking. Castro loved life and his family and friends. A celebration of life will be conducted 1 p.m. Saturday, October 22, 2016, at the Jeffersonville Baptist Church with Arthur Douthitt officiating.
