Billy O. Sexton, age 54, of Clearfield, passed away Sunday, August 12, 2018, at the Life Care Center in Morehead. He was born January 2, 1964, in West Liberty to Linda Sexton of Clearfield and the late Billy Bowman. He was the adopted son of his grandparents, the late Estell and Juanita Williams Sexton, and a special nephew of his aunt and uncle, Frank and Erma Mabry of Clearfield, who provided much love and care throughout his lifetime. Billy is also survived by four half-brothers and half-sisters: Tony Jones and wife Sherry and Kathy Jones and friend Clyde Clevenger, all of Morehead, Melissa White and Tony Bowman of Indiana; nephew, T. Ray Whitt, Jr., and wife Chelsea of Morehead and many friends. Billy was a former employee of Summitt Polymers in Mt. Sterling and Long John Silvers, KFC, and Rowan County Board of Education in Morehead. He never met a stranger and always enjoyed visiting with friends and family. He was an excellent artist and enjoyed drawing all kinds of subjects. Billy was saved and baptized and will be missed by those who loved him. Graveside services will be conducted 2:30 p.m. Wednesday, August 15, 2018, at Crix Cemetery with the Rev. Carlos Bowman officiating. Pallbearers: Timmy Smedley, Steve Smedley, Mike Smedley, Darren McKinney, Billy Cornett, and Tony Jones.
