Billy Junior Fultz, age 66, of Pebble Creek Road, Morehead, Kentucky, passed away Friday, November 11, 2011, at the King-s Daughter Medical Center in Ashland, Kentucky. Born April 25, 1945, in Crockett, Kentucky, he was a son of the late William and Irene Wolfenbarger Fultz. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by two sons, Gerry Fultz and Jonathan Fultz; two brothers, Ronnie Fultz and Lloyd Fultz; and one sister. Wanda Lee Fultz. He is survived by his wife, Cheryl Ison Clevenger Fultz, whom he married November 22, 1999; six sons, Billy Malcolm Fultz of New York, Billy Lee Fultz of Beaver Dam, Kentucky, Jason Fultz of Morehead, Kentucky, James Fultz of Morehead, Kentucky, George Fultz of Sandy Hook, Kentucky, and Joseph Fultz of Morehead, Kentucky; one step son, Michael Clevenger of Morehead, Kentucky; one step daughter, Sally Ferguson of Isonville, Kentucky; 33 grandchildren; and 8 great grandchildren. Billy is also survived by three brothers, J. D. Fultz of Howell, Michigan, Paul Fultz of Pikeville, Kentucky, Vester Fultz of Sandy Hook, Kentucky; three sisters, Geraldine Sargent of Pemberville, Ohio, Sandra Howard of Springfield, Ohio, and Mary Wilson of Washington Court House, Ohio; several nieces and nephews; and many friends. Billy was a retired truck driver hauling coal in Kentucky, Ohio, and West Virginia. He was also an avid antique collector, enjoyed trading guns, knives and yard sales. When his health permitted, he enjoyed rabbit hunting. Funeral services will be conducted 11 a.m. Tuesday, November 15, 2011, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals Memorial Chapel with Brother Tim Rhodes and Pastor Willie Sturgill officiating. Burial will follow in the Blair Cemetery on Blair Ridge Road, Blairs Mill, Kentucky. Billy-s sons will serve as pallbearers.
