Billy Ryan Bays, son of Rachel Nicole Crum and Jason Ryan Bays of Olive Hill, Kentucky, joined the Heavenly Angels at birth on August 19, 2010, at St. Claire Regional Medical Center in Morehead. He is also survived by maternal grandparents, Charity Slone and Gary Crum, Jr. of Morehead, Kentucky, and paternal grandparents, Mary and Adam Cooper of Morehead, Kentucky, and Kenneth and Dawn Bays of St. Cloud, Florida; maternal great grandparents, Esther Nolte of Morehead, Kentucky, and Wilson Gene Black of Peasticks, Kentucky and Nina Thomas of Mt. Sterling, Kentucky; paternal great grandparents, Glenna and Ernie Bays of Olive Hill, Kentucky; maternal great-great grandmother, Gladys Black of Morehead, Kentucky;and several aunts, uncles, and cousins. He was preceded in death by paternal great grandparents, Emma and Billy Maggard. Funeral services will be conducted 4 p.m. Sunday, August 22, 2010, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals Memorial Chapel with Rev. David Bryant officiating.
