Billie Jo Carroll, age 38, of Clearfield, Kentucky, passed away Saturday, September 4, 2010, at her residence. Born March 3, 1972, in Oregon, Ohio, she is the daughter of Sylvia Carroll Fultz of Farmers, Kentucky, and the Lloyd Fultz, who passed away in 2006. In addition to her mother, she is survived by two daughters, Brittiny Murphy and husband John of Morehead, Kentucky, and Samantha Carroll of Clearfield, Kentucky; and one granddaughter, Kileigh Murphy. She is also survived by five brothers, Paul Carroll, Rick Carroll, Mike Carroll, Denny Carroll of Morehead, Kentucky, and Terry Carroll of Toledo, Ohio, and four sisters, Diana Ball of Morehead, Kentucky, Gloria Kidwell of Farmers, Kentucky, Barbara Harmon of Clearfield, Kentucky, and Sandy Boisselle of Toledo, Ohio. Billie Jo enjoyed being with her family and watching Ohio State football. Graveside services will be conducted 1 p.m. Monday, September 6, 2010, at the Blair Cemetery in Blairs Mill, Kentucky, with Brother Gerald Saunders officiating. Pallbearers: Mike Carroll, Paul Carroll, Rick Carroll, Henry Harmon, Brandon Salazar, Doug Drouillard, Jeremy Powell, and Stacy Henley.
