Beulah Smith, age 92, of Christy Creek Road, Morehead, Kentucky, passed away Wednesday, February 8, 2012, at her residence. Born January 21, 1920, at Stark, Kentucky, she was a daughter of Rev. Fred Smith and Zora Lyon Smith. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by four brothers, Jesse Smith, Howard Smith, Stirl Smith, and Emory Smith, and son-in-law, Bill Fouch. Mrs. Smith is survived by one daughter, Garnetta Smith Fouch, and one grandson, Scott Fouch, both of Morehead, Kentucky. Other survivors include one brother, Worley Smith of Olive Hill, Kentucky; four sisters, Ada Debord of West Union, Ohio, Maglene Smith of Mansfield, Ohio, Ruth Fannin of Elliott County, Kentucky, and Omega Oppenheimer of Olive Hill, Kentucky; and several nieces and nephews. She was a caregiver for Glennis and Lona Fraley for more than 25 years and prior to that with Matt and Stella Cassity. A loving mother, grandmother, and sister, Beulah was known for her unconditional love. Funeral services will be conducted 2 p.m. Saturday, February 11, 2012, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals Memorial Chapel with the Rev. David Starcher officiating. Entombment will follow at Forest Lawn Mausoleum. Pallbearers will be Dick Smith, Emory Debord, Ed Debord, Jeff Smith, Roger Fannin, Mike Oppenheimer, Paul Little, Johnny Smith, and John Fraley. Visitation is after 6 p.m. Friday, February 10, 2012, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals in Morehead. Visitation: Friday, February 10, 2012, after 6 p.m. Funeral: Saturday, February 11, 2012, at 2 p.m. Interment: Entombment at Forest Lawn Mausoleum
