Beulah S. Fultz, 85, widow of Homer Fultz, of Richmond, passed away Thursday, August 18, 2011, at Madison Rehabilitation Center. She was born July 17, 1926, in Rowan County, KY to the late Nelson and Bessie Coffey Smith. Mrs. Fultz is survived by two sons, Ronnie Fultz (Charlotte) of Louisville and Kennie Fultz (Regina) of Richmond; four grandchildren, Donovan and Gregory Fultz, of Louisville, Kerrie Davis (Jason) of Richmond, and Brian Fultz (Louann) of Vine Grove, KY; and five great grandchildren, Ashley Marie Durbin Fultz, Alex Fultz, Gabrielle Fultz and Savannah Fultz, of Florida and Katherine Fultz of Vine Grove. She is also survived by one sister, Frances Moore of Richmond, and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her siblings, Pearl Kiser, Chester Lykins, Lela Wescott, John Will Lykins, Lily Mays and Sue Stephens. Visitation will be on Saturday, August 20, from 5 to 8 p.m. at Fritz and Turpin Funeral Home in Richmond and Sunday, August 21, from 5 to 8 p.m. at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals in Morehead. A funeral service will be conducted 1 p.m. Monday, August 22, at Northcutt & Son with the Rev. David Starcher officiating. Visitation is also Monday after 11 a.m. Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens. Pallbearers will be her grandsons, Jason Davis, Tommy Phillips and Darrell Moore. Arrangements are under the direction of Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals, Morehead, Kentucky. Visitation: Saturday, August 20, 5-8 pm, Fritz and Turpin in Richmond; Sunday, August 21, 5-8 pm, Northcutt & Son, Morehead Funeral: Monday, August 22, 1 pm, Northcutt & Son Interment: Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens
