Betty Regeina Sparkman Shrout, age 77, of Morehead, passed away Sunday, November 30, 2014, at her home. She was born August 27, 1937, in Morehead, a daughter of the late Earl Sparkman and Evalee Conn Gulley. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Harry Robert Shrout, Sr., and her son, Harry Robert 'Bobby' Shrout, Jr. Regeina is survived by many cousins and special friends, Tammy Sexton, Dorothy Lee, and Shirley Farris. A Celebration of Life will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, December 4, 2014, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals Memorial Chapel with the Rev. Allan Hutchinson officiating. Music will be provided by Bill Wells and Margaret Ashcraft. Burial will follow in Caudill Cemetery on West Main Street. Pallbearers: Nathan Dillon, Matthew Dillon, Rob Day, Chris Caskey, Damon Caskey, Hunter Pratt. Honorary pallbearers: Larry Rose, Keith Terry, Jamie Lee, David Lee, Ron Farris, Danny James, Shannon Day.
