Betty Lela Davis Lambert, age 69, of Fallen Timber Branch, Clearfield, passed away Friday, May 15, 2015, at her residence. Born January 29, 1946, in Nashville, Tennessee, Betty was a daughter of the late Floyd and Snobie Hewitt Davis. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Homer Earl Davis and Charles Davis, and one sister, Louise Davis Mangrum. Her husband of 49 years, Gary Ray Lambert, passed away July 17, 2013, and daughter, Daphane Gail Lambert, preceded her in death in 1967. Betty is survived by two daughters, Rhonda Bernice Amons and husband Phillip of Portland, Tennessee, and Stephanie Louise Emond and husband Lance of New Boston, Michigan; four grandchildren, Samantha and Shelby Amons, and Tyler and Conner Emond; and three great grandchildren, Braxton, Bryce, and Taegen Amons. Also surviving are two brothers, Jerry Davis of Burns, Tennessee, and Leslie Davis of Bon Aqua, Tennessee; one sister, Dorothy Kestner of Goodlettsville, Tennessee; several nieces and nephews; and many friends. Betty retired from the Morehead Wal-Mart as a department manager for 25 years and was a member of the Morehead First Church of God. She enjoyed crocheting, collecting dolls, and traveling. Funeral services will be conducted 3 p.m. Sunday, May 17, 2015, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals Memorial Chapel with the Rev. Allan Hutchinson officiating. Burial will follow in Lambert Cemetery. Pallbearers: Audie Lambert, Steve Davis, Joe Easter, James Casper, Gary Ragland, Tyler Emond and Conner Emond.
