Betty Jo Collins Caudill, age 82, of E. Main Street, Morehead, Kentucky, passed away Wednesday, July 18, 2007, at her home. Born April 4, 1925, in Knott County, Kentucky, she was the daughter of the late Anna Elizabeth Madden and Smith Collins. She was preceded in death by her husband, Murvel C. Crosley, seven brothers; and one sister. Mrs. Caudill is survived by two children, Pamela (Phillip) Hardin and Crosley Caudill, both of Morehead, Kentucky; one grandson, Chris (Anne) Martin and one great-grandson, Will Martin, of Lexington, Kentucky; and her devoted caregiver, Wanda Hall, of Fleming County, Kentucky.
